Ghorepani Poon Hill Trek 5 Day is one of the spectacular short and charming trekking destinations of Annapurna region Nepal.

It offers a fascinating mountains view of the wonderful Annapurna Himalaya, Dhaulagiri, Machhapuchare, Himchuli, and many other surrounding snowcapped ranges.

It’s also known as a Ghorepani Poon hill circuit trek.
The beautiful journey starts from the naturally blessed city Pokhara. The journey leads us through the beautiful Gurung and Magar villages along with a wonderful mountain scenery, ancient traditions, cultural variations of rural farms and lush forest of Rhododendron trees. Passing through the magnificent scenery with a rainforest and gorge between the massive green hill of Annapurna range.

We reach Pool Hill that is one of the excellent view points to observe the whole Himalaya ranges of Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, Machhapuchare and glorious sunrise view on the top of the Annapurna mountain.

Arrival in Kathmandu

Drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara

Drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara.

Day 3
Drive to Nayapul (1,050 m) and trek to Tikhedunga (1,530 m)

Drive to Nayapul (1,050 m / 3,445 ft), and trek to Tikhedunga (1,530 m / 5,040 ft).
Duration: 4/5 hrs walk.

Day 4
Trek to Ghorepani (2,850 m)

Trek to Ghorepani (2,850 m / 9,390 ft).
Duration: 5/6 hrs walk.

Day 5
Hike to Poon Hill viewpoint (3,210 m) then trek to Ghandrung (1950 m)

Early morning hike to Poon Hill viewpoint (3,210 m / 10,525 ft) then trek to Ghandrung (1950 m / 6398 ft).
Duration: 5/6 hrs walk.

Day 6
Trek to Nayapul (1,050 m)

Trek to Nayapul (1,050 m / 3,445 ft).
Duration: 5/6 hrs walk , and 1 hrs drive to Pokhara (820 m / 2,690 ft).

Day 7
Drive / fly back Pokhara to Kathmandu

Drive / fly back Pokhara to Kathmandu.
